Breaking away from stereotypical fast-food trends of using frozen produce and large amounts of chemicals and preservatives, the FantAsia menu is a positive example of how authentic Asian food should be presented, using only fresh herbs and spices and zero tolerance to processed and preservative-heavy ingredients.
