Food a Passion for FantAsia

Judy congratulates Peter

CROWDS have been flocking to Loganholme’s newest and most exciting Asian restaurant, FantAsia, since its grand opening at the Hyperdome in June.

Owner and franchisor Judy Wong said FantAsia put a modern spin on iconic Asian cuisine. She said FantAsia broke away from stereotypical fast food trends and was a positive example of how authentic Asian food should be presented.

“From the sourcing of ingredients through to the careful preparation and serving, FantAsia’s food is as natural as restaurant food can be and it is designed with taste and health in mind,” Ms Wong said.

Ms Wong said the first FantAsia store opened four years ago in MacArthur Central.

“Since then, the business has enjoyed hugely positive feedback and has expanded to eight locations in and around Brisbane — Hyperdome being the newest member of the FantAsia family,” she said.

Ms Wong said she and her family had been involved in the hospitality industry for over 35 years and had brought that experience into FantAsia.

She said FantAsia Hyperdome franchisee Peter Yu had been part of the FantAsia team for a year before deciding to own one of his own.

“Peter could see the passion in which the business is run,” Ms Wong said.

“The amazing menu is just the start. Its about FantAsia customers getting exactly what they want — fast authentic Asian food that is great value for money and served with a smile.”

Ms Wong said food had always been a huge passion throughout her life.

“Our philosophy is based on using traditional cooking methods and healthy seasonal ingredients, and we are proud to offer our customers the Very best in Asian fast food at extremely competitive prices.

“We take great pleasure in helping to expand our customers’ knowledge of Asian food, while offering a healthy menu showcasing the best in authentic cuisine from across Asia.”

Ms Wong said FantAsia customers could look forward to a complete experience in every visit to one of their stores.

“We pride ourselves on providing quality products with friendly service and value for money,” Ms Wong said.

“It’s restaurant quality at takeaway prices.”
