FANTASIA is injecting freshness, flavour and authenticity into what southsiders know as “traditional” Asian fast food.
The family-owned business opened earlier this year priding themselves on using only the freshest and best-quality produce.
FantAsia owner operator Judy Wong said all FantAsia dishes were prepared from scratch and made to order.
“The food never loses its freshness sitting around in hot boxes or steaming away in plastic containers,” she said.
She said FantAsia also offered a low-GI, high-fibre super rice made up of a medley of wild, red and basmati rices with sunflower seeds and barley to cater to the tastes and waist-lines of health food enthusiasts.
